The poster boards will be set up in the Main Ballroom, where the plenary and splinter sessions will be held. Each poster board can accommodate 4 posters. The maximum poster size is 121,92 cm x 121,92 cm (48 in. x 48 in.). However, portrait-style posters will fit in the space allotted, hanging down past the bottom of the board by approximately 28 cm (11 in.). Poster presenters may put up their posters beginning Sunday evening, 6 October. Posters must be removed first thing Friday morning, 11 October. Push pins and racks will be provided.

The hotel is roughly 42 miles/68 kilometers from Denver International Airport and the drive takes approximately 45-60 minutes. The hotel is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops at Arapahoe Village, Twenty-Ninth Street as well as the Pearl Street Mall shopping district downtown, and offers complimentary shuttle service.
LODGING AND ROOM RESERVATIONS (UPDATED - 14 September 2013)
Please note that a block of 48 guest rooms is being held for our group at the Millennium Harvest House Hotel in Boulder for each of the nights of 6-10 October 2013 (Sunday-Thursday), with a few rooms also available for the night of 11 October 2013 (Friday), at the following rates plus 12.30% tax/night, single occupancy or double occupancy:
Triple occupancy rates are an additional $10.00 per night for a standard room or a superior room. Quadruple occupancy rates are an additional $20.00 per night for a standard or a superior room. Please note: Standard Plus and Superior Rooms offer views of either the mountains and/or the hotel gardens, have balconies, and include complimentary, high-speed internet access. The rate for these rooms is an additional $20.00 above the group rate of $109.00.
These rates will be honored two days prior to 6 October and two days after 11 October 2013, based on room and rate availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

CANCELING YOUR ROOM RESERVATION
If you need to cancel your room reservation, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a no-show charge of one night's room and tax.
Most attendees will fly in and out of Denver International Airport (DEN). DIA is a hub for most major US-flag air carriers, and is also served by such discount airlines as JetBlue, Frontier and Southwest.

reconfigured program at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR),
managing and delivering combined and expanded functions of two former UCAR programs:
the Joint Office for Science Support (JOSS) and the Visiting Scientist Programs (VSP).
