All papers must be written and presented in English.

  • Authors must submit final manuscript as an electronic copy in pdf format.
  • To be included in the Proceedings papers MUST be uploaded to the ISSF website before 30th June 2016.
  • Submission is interpreted as a statement that the author(s) have obtained all the necessary permissions and will present the paper at the ISSF.

The manuscript may be created using LaTeX, or Microsoft Word (or similar).

The length of the paper should not exceed 8 pages, including text, figures, tables and references. 4 pages is minimally acceptable, 6 is about right.

Captions of tables should be placed above and centered.

Captions of figures should be placed below and centered.

For all other formatting issues, please use the setting specified in the LaTeX template provided.

typeset sample document (.pdf)

If using Microsoft Word or similar:

Look at the LaTeX PDF provided and try to mimic that document. Minor deviations are not a problem.

Uploading your formatted PDF:

Before uploading, please rename your file using the following convention:
PresenterLastName-PresenterFirstName-article.pdf in lower case letters, e.g., 
"smith-john-article.pdf".
