Reports to the Nation On our Changing Planet
The UCAR Joint Office for Science Support (JOSS) and the NOAA Office of Global Programs publishes Reports to the Nation on Our Changing Planet, a series of general interest monographs that are aimed at providing science-based information on issues regarding climate and global change for the general public. The series is guided by an Editorial Board of well-known scientists and science writers. Four monographs in the series have been produced.
