Metro

The Doubletree Hotel is located on the Red Line at the Twinbrook Metro Stop (West Side). The Natcher Conference Center is also located on the Red Line at the Medical Center Metro Stop (three stops from the hotel). The Metro system has an excellent web site with information at: www.wmata.com/metrorail/systemmap.htm. Simply click on the Twinbrooks station and you get a page for the exit. At the bottom is a button "Neighborhood streetmap from StationMasters online". In the picture, the Doubletree Hotel is shown on the left side of the picture. Further down, there is a streetmap of the neighborhood around the station.

Driving Directions & Parking

There is no parking available at the Natcher center and limited parking around NIH. Local attendees are strongly encouraged to take the Metro. Local area maps can be accessed at: http://www.nih.gov/about/visitor/visitor.htm

Both Dulles Airport and Ronald Reagan National Airport are convenient to the Washington, D.C. area. Baltimore International Airport is slightly less convenient.
