Lodging
Rooms have been blocked for this group at the Jackson Lake Lodge for the nights of 8-10 June. A few rooms are available at the group rate before and after the workshop dates.

I will be making all hotel reservations. If I’m handling your travel arrangements, then I will make your hotel reservations based on your dates of travel. If you’re a Federal Employee, please provide me with your date of arrival and date of departure, as well as a credit card number for guarantee (you can call me to give me that information if you prefer).

$113+tax for single occupancy, and $173+tax for double occupancy.

Local airport
Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest airport and is approximately 26 miles from the Jackson Lake Lodge.

Ground Transportation
Alltrans, Inc. (1-800-443-6133) provides shuttle service from the airport to Jackson Lake Lodge. The price is currently $90 +tax for a round-trip reservation. Please note that you will need to be prepared to pay separately the $12 park entrance fee to enter Grand Teton National Park.

Weather
During June, typically mild days and cool nights alternate with rain and occasional snow. Valley trails are snow covered until late May. Rain gear is recommended during spring, summer, and fall.
